The Rental Loft Policies

Delivery, setup, and pickup are included in the rental cost for events located within 15 miles of Youngstown, OH. For events located beyond 15 miles, a travel fee of $1 per additional mile (each way) will apply. Delivery distance is calculated based on the event venue address provided at booking, and final delivery charges will be confirmed prior to the event date.

Please note, delivery, setup, and pickup services apply to certain items only. Be sure to confirm with a team member for details on whether delivery is included. For items not including delivery, clients will need to pick up the items, or you may inquire for additional delivery pricing. If you have any questions or need more details, feel free to reach out.

Standard rentals include up to eight (8) hours of event time, unless it is specified for a specific item/package. If additional time is needed beyond the 8 hour period, an extended rental fee may apply. Extended time must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

Customers are expected to treat all rental items with care and respect. Items should not be left outdoors unattended, exposed to rain, or placed in hazardous locations. Rental items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, normal wear expected. The Rental Loft is not responsible for injury or damages from misuse of rented items.

 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your rental items and event date. This deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event or pickup date. If a cancellation occurs after the final payment has been made, no refunds will be issued. We appreciate your understanding, as our rental items are held exclusively for you and may not be rebooked on short notice. 

Customer are responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive wear to rental items during the rental period. In the event of damage, an invoice for the cost of repair or replacement will be issues and must be paid upon receipt. Failure to pay may result in additional action to recover costs.
